This digital edition of The Secure Self Planner is designed for iPad/tablet use in apps like Notability, GoodNotes, or Noteshelf. It works just like the print version, but we added the flexibility of duplicating pages as often as you need.
Step 1: Import the Planner
Download your PDF file from your purchase link.
Open Notability (or your preferred app).
Tap the "+" (New Document) and choose Import
Select the planner PDF. It will now appear as a planner in your library.
Step 2: Navigate with Tabs
Use the colored tabs on the right side of each page to jump between sections: Monthly, Daily, Reflection, Notes, Quarterly.
You can also return to the Table of Contents any time to see the full structure.
Step 3: Fill In Your Pages
Use your Apple Pencil, or stylus to write directly on the planner pages.
You can also use the text tool if you prefer typing.
Step 4: Duplicate Templates (for Daily Use)
The planner includes enough template pages to get you through 3 months. To create more pages:
Tap the thumbnail view in your app.
Select the page you want to duplicate (e.g., the Daily Check-In).
Tap Duplicate Page (in GoodNotes, use the "Copy+Paste" option).
Your duplicated page will appear right after the original.
Repeat as needed.
Step 5: Make It Yours
